Scott WickstromOwner/COO

Scott started the company in 1992 with a vision of using his experience to help people in the Treasure Valley with anything plumbing and HVAC, as well as give employees a great place to work. He currently holds the contractor’s license for the State of Idaho for Plumbing and HVAC. When work isn’t calling you can find him hunting or fishing in the Idaho mountains, and working around his house in Star.

I joined the Wickstrom Plumbing team 15 years ago, taking care of customers is what I love. There’s nothing like making someones day better. I graduated from Nampa High School and then went to serve 8 and a half years with the U.S. Army refueling helicopters around the world. I came back to Nampa to raise my children. On the weekend I’m usually working in the yard, going to church, or doing 10k charity runs. Go BSU!

CooperCustomer Service/Marketing

Cooper joined Wickstrom Service Co. in December of 2018. Before working at Wickstrom Cooper graduated from Boise State in 2016 with duo majors in Business Administration and Marketing. After graduation, he did a couple of marketing internships at local companies before being the Communications Coordinator at Tamarack Resort. After skiing and social media with Tamarack, he came back to the valley and went through Enterprise management trainee program. When the opportunity opened at Wickstrom Cooper couldn’t pass it up. In his free time, he is off the grid camping, skiing, hunting and exploring Idaho’s great wilderness.

ChrisHVAC and Plumbing Journeyman

I’ve grown up my whole life in Idaho enjoying everything this great state has to offer. From wake surfing, hunting, and fishing in summer to snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter, I do everything outdoors in Idaho. I started this career as aplumber and finished my four year apprenticeship. After finishing that I moved over to the HVAC apprenticeship program, which I’m now entering year 4 of that, and I will soon be a Journeyman in both practices. I enjoy the trade because I like to see customers smile after performing a task, knowing they will be comfortable and satisfied.

GarrettField Manager/Service Technician

I have been working at Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating and Air since I graduated in 2013. I was born and raised in Idaho and I’m Scott’s other son. I’m a jack of all trades in the company, although I have studied HVAC in the apprentice program at CWI. I enjoy working at the company because one day I can be doing excavation on water line replacements, and then putting in a newAir Conditioner the next. It’s always a great feeling to see people light up when they know they will be warm and saving money at the same time. In my free time I’m either hunting, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors.

ChanceField Manager/Service Technician

I have been with the Wickstrom family since I graduated high school in 2013. I was born and raised in Idaho. I do outdoor plumbing and excavation as well as Heating and Air conditioning work. I am currently in the College of Western Idaho apprentice program learning to be the most knowledgeable technician I can in order to help people with their home problems while saving them money. When I’m not on the clock I can be found across the state enjoying the outdoors.

KodyPlumbing Apprentice

Kody graduated from Capital High School in 2013. From there he worked laying asphalt till he joined the Wickstrom Team in 2019. He is currently in the College of Western Idaho apprentice program to become a journeyman plumber. Kody enjoys the job because he loves getting down and dirty. He is a true “go getter” and will never shy away from any project. In his free time he is a master gunsmith and loves spending time in the outdoors.

ColtonPlumbing Apprentice

Colton graduated from Eagle High School in 2015. After high school Colton attended Boise State for Computer Science. While attending BSU Colton came to work at Wickstrom and stayed because of the environment and the love of people. Colton enjoys the everyday challenges that come with this job and making customers smile.

JasonHVAC Technician

Jason, a 20-year HVAC and refrigeration veteran, relocated to Idaho from Oregon with his wife and three children and brought all his skills and expertise with him! A family man himself, Jason was eager to begin a new adventure with the Wickstrom team and was sold on their foundational family-oriented company feel. Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration with him. In his "downtime", Jason enjoys participating in anything to do with being outdoors - especially if it includes making new memories with his family.
